Largs Live brings music to the town

Largs Live is an annual summer weekend bringing live music and entertainment to venues throughout the seaside town.

Usually taking place towards the end of June, the festival has become a regular fixture in the Largs events calendar, with musicians and performers appearing across local pubs, restaurants and other venues.

One of the things that makes Largs Live distinctive is that entertainment takes place throughout the town rather than at a single festival site.

Visitors can explore Largs, enjoy the seafront and stop off at different venues to experience a variety of live performances.

Make a weekend of it

There is plenty to enjoy between performances. Take a walk along Largs promenade, visit the town centre, enjoy lunch or dinner at one of the local restaurants and cafés, or simply spend some time beside the Firth of Clyde.

Visitors staying for the weekend can also catch the ferry across to Great Cumbrae and Millport.

With music, food, local venues and the Largs seafront all coming together, Largs Live is a great reason to enjoy a summer weekend on the Ayrshire coast.
